Second day of emergency crews in Military Road, Ramsgate, amid concerns for person’s welfare

Emergency services are continuing their search this morning in hopes of finding a person after concerns were raised for their welfare.
Police and paramedics were called just after 1pm yesterday to the Military Road area of Ramsgate, near The Churchill Tavern.
Pictures showed at least two patrol cars and an ambulance in attendance.
The person in question has not yet been found and officers said this morning that the hunt was continuing.
A police spokesman said: “We were called at 1.08pm [Friday] to a report of concern for a person in the Military Road area of Ramsgate.
“Officers are continuing inquiries to locate this person.”
