A busy road has reopened after a sauna fire in Ramsgate.
Margate Road was cordoned off between the junctions for Park Road and Prince's Road after crews were called to the scene at 12.48pm.
No casualties were reported and it is believed the fire started in a sauna in the ground floor of the house.
A Kent Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "A neighbour saw smoke billowing out of the back window and phoned the fire service at 12.48pm.
"The first pump arrived four minutes later and a second fire engine arrived two minutes after.
"The fire started in the sauna, which hadn't been used for some time and was being used as a storage room in the ground floor.
"It is believed that the sauna was being used as a storeroom and the sauna had accidentally been switched on, starting a slow smouldering fire."
Crews left the scene at 1.11pm.
