Suspected flasher charged after reportedly ‘exposing himself in Margate town centre car park’

A suspected flasher has been charged after reportedly exposing himself in a town centre car park.

Ricky Neville, of Grosvenor Place, Margate, was arrested on May 7 after plain clothes officers spotted a man believed to be revealing himself.

The incident reportedly happened in the College Walk area near the College Square shopping centre.

That evening, the 55-year-old was charged with exposure and breaching a sexual harm prevention order.

A police spokesman added: “He appeared at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court the following day and was remanded in custody to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on June 10.”
