Three Ramsgate brothers are to go on trial later this year accused of murdering a woman in Lorina Road.
Delyth Andrews, who was in her 50s, died from injuries at King's College Hospital in south east London in December.
Now, brothers Scott, Adam and Joshua Knight have pleaded not guilty to murder and will be tried at Canterbury Crown Court in June.
Scott Knight, 23, Adam, 20, and 19-year-old Joshua, all of Lorina Road, were initially charged with causing Ms Andrews grievous bodily harm with intent in November.
The murder charge was brought by the Crown Prosecution Service after she died several weeks later in hospital.
Oliver Saxby QC will represent Joshua during the trial, which is expected to last three weeks.
Judge Adele Williams also gave leave for senior counsel to be appointed to represent the other brothers. All three were remanded in custody until the trial.
