Tamin Rahmani and 17-year-old boy charged with rape following incident in Northwood Road, Ramsgate

Police investigating a reported gang-rape have charged two more men.
Tamin Rahmani, 37, of Northwood Road, Ramsgate, has been charged with three counts of rape.
He was remanded in custody at Channel Magistrates’ Court, Folkestone, on Tuesday, December 6.
Officers have also charged a 17-year-old boy from the Ashford area with three counts of rape.
They will both appear at Canterbury Crown Court on Wednesday, January 4.
Police had already charged Shershah Muslimyar, 20, from Canterbury with rape in relation to the incident.
He appeared at Canterbury Magistrates’ Court on September 24 and was remanded in custody to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on Tuesday, May 2.
The incident is reported to have happened at an address in the Northwood Road areaofRamsgate in the early hours of Sunday, September 18.
