Broadstairs: Man and woman from Margate charged with racism against teenager

A man and woman have been charged with racially abusing a teenage boy in Broadstairs.
Police investigated the incident after a 17-year-old boy was the target of racist abuse on the recreation ground in Lawn Road.
Chelsea Robinson, 21, of Athelstan Road, Margate, and Anthony Morris, 26, of no fixed address, were subsequently arrested and charged with a racially aggravated public order offence.
Morris has also been charged with resisting a police officer.
Both are bailed to appeal before Margate Magistrates Court on October 13.
