Thanet and Ashford teenagers charged after car stolen in Tivoli Park Avenue, Margate

Two teens have been charged in connection with a burglary and theft of a car in Margate.
They allegedly broke into a property in Tivoli Park Avenue, just after 12.30am on Sunday (November 3).
A Vauxhall Astra was also reported stolen from the driveway.
Rio Duncan, 18, of Sandyhurst Lane in Ashford, was arrested in Coldharbour Lane, Barham, at about 2.10pm the same day.
He has since been charged with burglary, aggravated vehicle-taking, dangerous driving, and driving without insurance or a licence.
A 15-year-old boy from Margate, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested at the same time as Mr Duncan.
He has been charged with allowing himself to be a passenger in a vehicle which he knew to have been taken without consent.
Both teens are due to appear before Margate magistrates today (November 5).
