Margate: Arrest at Mechanical Elephant, Wetherspoons

A woman has been escorted from a Wetherspoons pub in handcuffs.
Police arrested the 24-year-old at the Mechanical Elephant in Margate this afternoon.
She has been detained on suspicion of theft relating to a shoplifting at a supermarket on Wednesday, September 12.
The woman, who is from the town, was hauled away from the seafront pub at about 2.45pm.
