Nikki Bull has persuaded another member of last year's Margate squad to return to Hartsdown.
Striker Luke Moore has agreed a one-year deal and boss Bull is delighted to have retained the services of the 28-year-old former AFC Wimbledon man.
The deal was concluded following Moore's return from holiday in Australia this week.
Boss Bull explained: "Luke was one of those I wanted to keep all along and I made that clear to him at the end of the season although deep down I wasn't sure we could because of the package he had been on.
"I knew there was no way we could offer anything like his previous deal but I asked him to see what his options were and keep us in mind.
"It goes without saying that he's had other offers, but he's been very honest with us all along.
"We've been in constant diaologue since the end of the season and I agreed to speak to him on his return from Australia.
"He told me where he was in terms of (other) offers and we were able to come to an agreement which I'm delighted about.
"I think people forget that he is still only 28 because of what he achieved with Ebbsfleet and AFC Wimbledon, but he still has a lot to offer and I am delighted that he is going to be a Margate player for another year."
Moore is the fourth member of the 2015/16 squad to commit to the Blues following Lewis Taylor, Brett Johnson and Adam Cash, and Bull believes part of the reason the Gravesend-born striker returned is because he feels so at home at Hartsdown.
He added: "I think sometimes (as a player) you're comfortable in the environment, the surroundings and with the people and that means more than money."
