Margate went to the top of the Ryman League Premier Division with a 5-1 thrashing of Billericay Town.
The game was pretty much over after just 21 minutes as Gate raced into a 3-0 lead.
Zac Attwood's stunning strike put them in front after six minutes, Ryan Moss doubled the lead three minutes later before Charlie Allen made it 3-0.
After the break Moss scored his second just before the hour, before the visitors got on the scoresheet themselves, Billericay skipper Richard Halle netting nine minutes before the end.
However, Margate had the final say when Allen netted his second to seal a fine win, and in the process moving them above Maidstone on goal difference – both with a perfect record.
