Ramsgate have added a Northern Ireland international to their squad for next season.
Jonny Steele, 33, won three full caps for his country and has spent most of his career playing in North America.
The midfielder won honours with New York Red Bulls and was laying most recently for Miami FC.
Also joining the Rams is Jack Paxman from Margate.
“What a coup this is for the club,” said manager Nick Davis. “Jack had a really great campaign with Margate and that led to him winning the supporters’ player-of-the-year award.
“He is an exciting young local lad with huge potential.”
Stephen Smith has moved from Whitstable, where he was the top scorer this season.
Davis said: “I am delighted to get Steve. He was attracting a lot of attention from many clubs at different levels.
“At 6ft 3in he is very quick and a real handful. He is a brilliant addition to our squad.”
Stepping up from the Southern Counties East League is 24-year-old forward William Johnson-Cole.
He scored 10 goals in 20 appearances for Punjab United having previously been with Sevenoaks Town.
