Ten clubs are represented in KentOnline's team-of-the-week.
Lloyd Blackman was the unanimous choice for top boss after leading Ramsgate to a magnificent 3-2 FA Cup win at higher-league Gosport.

Lee Worgan claimed his second clean sheet of the season as Maidstone won 1-0 at Braintree to move out of the National League bottom four.
Worgan was injured making a brave save but soldiered on and made another fine low stop to preserve a clean sheet.
Three of our back four come from Southern Counties East clubs.
Right-back Joe Kane scored Lordswood's winner in a 1-0 success against Fisher.
Jono Richardson was at his commanding best as Sheppey beat Punjab 5-1, also grabbing the Ites' fourth goal.
And Laurence Harvey helped Canterbury City to yet another clean sheet in a 3-0 win at Tunbridge Wells.
Our defence is completed by Maidstone's on-loan Blackburn left-back Jack Doyle, a tenacious youngster and the pick of their five debutants at Braintree.
In midfield, Ben Greenhalgh was Dartford's brightest spark in their 3-1 FA Cup win at Uckfield.
He was at the heart of everything Darts did well and also set up the clinching third goal.
Mark Byrne was back on form for Gillingham in their 4-2 defeat by League 1 high-fliers Peterborough, capping his display with a superb 25-yard goal.
The combative Chris Kinnear caught the eye as Hythe gave Bostik South East favourites Cray a fright.
He gave everything in midfield, also scoring a goal as the Cannons fought back from 2-0 and 3-2 down before losing 4-3.
In attack, Kyron Lightfoot's double led Ramsgate to victory in the FA Cup second qualifying round at Southern Premier club Gosport.
Michael Cheek scored his first Ebbsfleet goal and impressed on a rare start in a 1-1 draw with Havant in the National League.
Tom Loynes starred as Sittingbourne claimed their first-ever win at Guernsey in Bostik South East.
He headed them in front and scored a smart solo winner as Bourne returned from the Channel Islands with a 2-1 victory.
