An electrical fault sparked a fire below a Tonbridge house this morning.
Emergency services were called to a property in Lower Haysden Lane shortly after 1am.
The fire is believed to have been caused by a fault in a drinks chiller cabinet and started accidentally.
Crews used a hose reel to extinguish the blaze and a thermal imaging camera to check for fire spread.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service left the scene just before 1.30am.
