Heavy traffic causing congestion on A21 south-bound between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells

Heavy traffic is causing congestion on the A21, between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

Highways England has warned drivers to expect delays on both carriageways.

On the south-bound stretch, between the junctions for the A26 and A228, drivers should expect delays of of up to 20 minutes. These should be clear by 3pm, according to Highways England.

On the north-bound carriageway drivers are experiencing delays of up to 30 minutes and congestion should clear by 2.30pm.
