People are being encouraged to take part in the UK's second biggest triathlon.
The Hever Castle Triathlon will take place on September 26 and 27 and the NSPCC is an official charity partner for the event.
The children's charity is now calling on people of all abilities, from absolute beginners to professional triathletes, to swim, cycle and run their way to raising vital funds for vulnerable children and young people.
The event also includes a children's triathlon so the entire family can compete.
Michele Baxter, NSPCC community fundraising manager for Kent said: “The Castle Triathlon series provide an epic back drop for participants to compete around some of the most iconic castles across the UK, Ireland and France, and therefore each venue promises to provide an inspirational and memorable race experience.
"There are a range of distances to choose from and different styles including individual, relay, sprint and distance races, so sign up today and make your place count in our fight for every childhood.”
Money raised for the NSPCC through the Castle Triathlon Series could help to fund NSPCC services across the region including the charity’s Schools Service, which aims to reach every primary school in the UK and ensure that children recognise abuse, understand how to protect themselves, and where to go for help if they need it.
Entrants can sign up for the race on the Castle Triathlon Series website and registration fees vary.
