Tonbridge: Assault victim treated for puncture wound after Darenth Avenue assault

A man has received a "puncture wound" after being assaulted from behind on a residential road.
Police are appealing for information about the incident, which took place yesterday at around 7.55am in Darenth Avenue, Tonbridge, near the junction of Derwent Road.
A man in his 20s told officers he was approached from behind and assaulted.
He was taken to hospital after being treated for a puncture wound by an ambulance crew, and was later discharged.
Officers are keen to speak with a man seen in the area at around the time of the incident. He is described as white, of medium build and was wearing a white t-shirt, grey jogging bottoms and white trainers.
