A Tonbridge man has been banned from the roads for three years - despite denying drink driving.
Barry Allen was driving a Peugeot 807 in Hadlow Road and Carpenter's Lane in March when he was stopped by police.
The 35-year-old, of Hectorage Road, gave a breath test of 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
He pleaded not guilty to drink driving but was convicted of the offence at Medway Magistrates' Court.
Allen was banned from driving for three years. He must also pay a £275 fine, £450 costs and a £27 victim surcharge.
