Tonbridge man jailed after driving while disqualified and with no insurance

A Tonbridge man has been jailed and banned from the roads for four years.
On July 23 Daniel Payne drove a Volkswagen Golf in London Road, Southborough, while disqualified and with no insurance.
The 40-year-old, of Town Acres, pleaded guilty to the offences at Medway Magistrates' Court.
He was sentenced to 120 days in prison and banned from driving for four years.
He must also pay a £150 criminal courts charge and an £80 victim surcharge.
