Reality star Megan McKenna will be joining Sir Tom Jones as he performs in Kent later this year.
The 28-year-old will be appearing alongside the music legend when he performs at the Hop Farm in Beltring, Paddock Wood, this September.
Hot-headed Megan made her name on our TVs after fiery appearances on The Only Way Is Essex, Big Brother and Ex on The Beach.
It wasn't until 2019 when the singer, songwriter's singing ability won her the first ever The X Factor: Celebrity show.
Following the news Megan said:“I’m so happy to confirm that I will be appearing as a guest on Sir Tom Jones’ summer shows.
"He’s a true legend and it will be a privilege to share the same stage. With the year we have all had, I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am to get back on stage and perform in front of a live audience.”
Liz Doogan-Hobbs MBE, CEO of LHG Events, promoter of the concert said: “We are delighted to confirm that Megan McKenna will be joining Sir Tom Jones on our shows this summer.
"Megan is an incredible talent, with such a distinctive voice and a huge future ahead of her. We’re looking forward to some memorable evenings across the country."
The event has already been rescheduled once but is set to go ahead on September 19 as organiser eye the removal of social distancing restrictions.
Singer, and former X Factor contestant, Olly Murs will perform at the venue the day before on September 18.
Last month Sir Tom said: “After such a tough year for us all I’m delighted that I will be able to get back on stage and perform for you all this summer. We’re going to have one heck of a party."
