Pair charged after assault in Welland Road, Tonbridge

Two men have been charged with carrying out an assault in Tonbridge which left a man with head injuries.
Officers were called to Welland Road at 11.30am on Saturday following reports of a disturbance.
A man in his 20s was taken to a local hospital with head injuries.
Callum Found, 18, of no fixed address was arrested and later charged with wounding with intent and with possessing an offensive weapon (namely a metal wrench) in a public place.
Harry Mansfield, 22, also of no fixed address, was also arrested and charged with the same offences.
He was further charged with threatening a person with a bladed article in a public place and with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Both suspects appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court today where they were remanded to a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court in January.
