A26 Tonbridge Road at Hadlow closed after pedestrian hit by car

A woman has been injured after being hit by car near Hadlow College.
The A26 Tonbridge Road was closed in both directions following the crash near the junction with Blackman's Lane, which happened at about 5pm.
The accident caused major delays in the area, with long queues forming in both directions.
The woman suffered minor arm injuries in the crash and was treated at the scene by ambulance staff.
The road was reopened at about 6.20pm.
