Victim punched in head in robbery near Tonbridge Park

A violent robbery has left a victim without his mobile phone and bank card.
Police are investigating the robbery close to Tonbridge Park Playground and High Street McDonald's, after it was called at 4.20pm on Monday, January 8.
The victim told officers he was repeatedly punched in the head before having the goods taken from him.
It is believed the offenders are known to him.
Officers attended the scene and enquiries led them to Hamble Road, where they arrested a 23-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman.
The woman was later bailed pending further enquiries until February 2. The man was released, pending further investigation.
