Shotgun and Chelsea Bun Club heads for west Kent Shooting School in Brenchley, Tonbridge

If you have ever wanted to give clay shooting a go a new club coming to Kent could provide that opportunity.
The Shotgun and Chelsea Bun Club is the UK's largest ladies shooting club and organises a number of events across the country.
It will be returning to the west Kent Shooting School in Brenchley, Tonbridge next month for the second time.
Ladies are welcomed to come along and have a go at the sport. There will be small groups based on ability where visitors will be introduced to their team mates and fully qualified instructors.
The instructors will run through the basics of safety and shooting, before getting started on shooting clays under instruction.
They will then shoot at a number of targets before meeting in the Club House for tea and cake.
The idea behind the club is to bring ladies together, who wouldn't normally have a go at shooting and make it accessible, fun and affordable.
No experience is needed and all equipment is included in the price.
Victoria Knowles-Lacks, the Club founder said: ‘We love coming back to West Kent we always have such a great day here.
"We are all about taking the pressure off when it comes to clay shooting, we’re all girls together, we use low-recoil guns, so no need to worry about kick, the instructors are fab and we have rosettes for the highest scoring ladies and the best baker.
"Ladies are encouraged to bring a cake along; it’s a fab way to show off your baking skills."
The day, on Friday, October 17, costs £37.50 for members and £47.50 for non-members and will run from 10am to 2pm.
