Rail passengers are being warned to expect delays after a landslip in High Brooms.
It is affecting journeys on Southeastern's Hastings line and bus replacement services are running between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.
The line will remain closed throughout today and tomorrow while Network Rail carries out emergency repairs.
Until then, there will be a limited service between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings, with trains from Charing Cross terminating at Tonbridge.
Passengers can continue to use bus route 402 between Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, and routes 304/305/254 between Hastings and Tunbridge Wells.
Southeastern has also announced it will affect tonight's 23.40 service between Charing Cross and Ramsgate.
It will instead depart five minutes later at 23.45 due to the cancellation of the Charing Cross to Hastings train.
Passengers for stations beyond Tonbridge to Hastings can use the replacement bus from Tonbridge at 12.35am.
