A Kent Police volunteer is no longer facing criminal accusations of controlling and coercive behaviour.
Richard Fagg, from Rotherfield, East Sussex, was cleared of the charges which were alleged to have taken place in Tonbridge, after appearing at Canterbury Crown Court.
The 35-year-old was suspended from duty until court proceedings had ended but is understood to now be back as a trainee special constable.
Mr Fagg declined to make further comment.
