An opticians in Tonbridge has raised nearly £200 for Guide Dogs For The Blind by holding in-store activities and receiving visits from several furry friends.
The Specsavers branch hosted their own charity day with a visit from guide dog puppies,a bake sale and a giant dog sweeping the streets for donations.
For every sight test in-store £1 was donated and children were invited to have their faces painted.
The store also held a Best Looking Dog giveaway where customers were invited to bring in photos of their dogs for a chance to win a doggy hamper filled with treats for their perfect pooch.
The winner was Mr and Mrs Regis and their dog Lemon.
Store director Angus Hathorn says: "We raised a total of £185 from the fundraising day.
"We’re very grateful for the generosity from the Tonbridge community towards such a fantastic charity. We hope we have encouraged people to continue to support Guide Dogs."
