He's usually fighting crime or swinging from tall buildings, but Spiderman has been spotted on the streets of Tonbridge.

But instead of whizzing from building to building, the marvel superhero was captured speeding along pavements in the town on what appears to be an Air Board.

Trevor Best, who secured the footage from a dashcam, questioned whether Spidey was linked to Middle England's answer to Batman - who has previously patrolled the streets of Tunbridge Wells.

Instead of a Batmobile the caped crusader chose a much more modest mode of transport - a unicycle.
