Suspected drug dealers arrested in Tonbridge and Maidstone

Suspected drug dealers have been arrested after police stopped cars in Tonbridge and Maidstone.
At around 5.15pm on Wednesday Bradley Morris, of Spring Lane in Bidborough, was stopped while driving on London Road, Tonbridge at around 5.15pm on Wednesday.
The car was searched and the 23-year-old was arrested in connection with drug dealing.
The officers seized 22 suspected cocaine deals, a mobile phone and cash.
Morris was later charged with possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply and was bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 9.
The next day officers stopped a car with its headlights off on Royal Engineers Road, Maidstone at around 12.30am.
Police noticed one of the occupants was acting suspiciously and both were arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs.
A search was completed and the officers seized nine bags of suspected cocaine, some cannabis, and cash.
The driver, a man in his 20s from Rochester and his passenger, a teenage boy from Lewisham, London were later bailed to return to the police station on Friday, June 26 pending further investigation.
