Tonbridge is officially the happiest place to live in Kent.
The town was the highest-ranking Kent location in the annual Rightmove Happy at Home index.
It came 24th in the list of the top 130 UK locations - with Harrogate, Shrewsbury and Ipswich taking the top three positions.
Tonbridge was joined on the list by Canterbury, in 58th place, Rochester in 98th place and Dartford in 108th.
It is the second year in a row Tonbridge has been named Kent's happiest spot.
The town has also been voted the second safest place in the South East and the 16th safest destination to live nationally.
The survey results are based on a survey of 25,000 people, with scores out of 10 awarded for 12 different categories including property prices, community and recreation.
Richard Long, county councillor for Tonbridge, said: "All of these towns I'm sure are great places to live, but I'm not at all surprised that Tonbridge has been named the happiest.
"It is a very fun town and it's a great community, but it hasn't got too much of everything."
Barking and Dagenham ranked the lowest in Rightmove's survey for the happiest place to live.
