Sainsbury's Local, Tonbridge: Thomas Henderson charged after two robbed at knife-point

A man has been charged after two people were robbed at knife-point inside a Tonbridge supermarket.
The raid happened at Sainsbury's Local in Shipbourne Road.
Thomas Henderson, 22, of Cromer Street, was arrested shortly after the robbery, which took place at about 9.55pm on Monday.
The following day he was charged with robbery, possessing an offensive weapon and possessing cannabis.
He has also been charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply and possessing cocaine. These two charges relate to offences reported on Thursday, August 4.
Henderson was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court today.
Cash was taken during the supermarket robbery but no one was injured.
