Woman's body pulled from River Medway in Tonbridge

A woman's body has been pulled from the River Medway.
Police were called to a stretch of river in Tonbridge, near to Medway Wharf Road, just after 3pm.
Officers, along with ambulance and fire crews, retrieved the body from the water, close to the town centre behind Pizza Express.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
Her next of kin have been informed.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report is being prepared for the coroner.
