Teens arrested at Tonbridge Station on suspicion of grievous bodily harm

A train was stopped last night so two teenagers could be arrested.
British Transport Police boarded the service at Tonbridge station after reports a 61-year-old man had been assaulted on board a train travelling between Crowhurst and Battle.
Two boys, aged 16 and 17 from Lambeth, London, were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
Officers drew tasers during the arrest, but did not fire them.
The teenagers have been taken to police custody where they remain as inquiries continue.
A British Transport Police spokesman said: "The victim is not believed to be seriously injured."
