Fatal Hadlow crash sees woman in 80s die after crash on A26 Tonbridge Road

A woman in her 80s has died after a two car crash at the weekend.
Police and the air ambulance were called out to the A26 Tonbridge Road in Hadlow on Sunday afternoon.
Three more people are in hospital with serious injuries.
At around 3pm yesterday a grey Toyota Auris and a silver Vauxhall Astra collided.
Both cars were travelling in opposite directions.
The driver of the Auris and a passenger are both in a London hospital with serious injuries.
The woman in her 80s was also travelling in the Auris.
Meanwhile the driver of the Astra was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
Three fire engines were sent to the scene, where crews had to cut casualties free from the crash.
The road was closed between Cuckoo Lane and Ashes Lane.
Police are now appealing for anyone who may have seen the crash to come forward.
A police spokesman said: "Witnesses or anyone with information about the collision are urged to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 01622 798538 quoting reference DB/DC/77/19. You can also email sciu.td@kent.pnn.police.uk.
"Officers would also like to hear from anyone with dashcam footage of the collision itself or of the vehicles involved."
