Woman rescued from overturned car in Carpenters Lane, Hadlow

A woman, who was trapped in an overturned car, was pulled to safety by fire crews.
She was driving down Carpenters Lane in Hadlow last night at around 5.20pm.
The car crashed and flipped over onto its roof, leaving the woman stuck inside.
Fire crews attended that incident and used hydraulic rescue gear to reach the woman and haul her out the car.
They transferred the woman, who was in her 50s, into the care of paramedics.
The fire crews made the scene safe and left just after 6pm.
