Air ambulance attends crash on A264 Church Road in Tunbridge Wells

A road remains shut this evening after a casualty was airlifted to hospital following a serious crash between a van and a motorbike.
The crash was on the A264 Church Road in Tunbridge Wells at about 12.25pm – and as of 9pm it was still closed.
The accident happened between Mount Pleasant Road and the A26 London.
A Kent fire service spokesman said: "Two fire engines attended and crews used hydraulic equipment and tools to stabilise the van and release one casualty, who was passed into the care of the air ambulance."
Kent Police and SECAmb also attended.
