Two men have been arrested after reports of threatening behaviour in Tunbridge Wells.
Police responded to a call about the incident in Monson Road on April 18.
Sam Perry Shepherd, 27, of Calverley Street was charged the same day with using threatening/abusive/insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of, or provoke unlawful violence.
Aaron Jon Harvey, 26, of The Oaks, East Sussex, was also charged with the same offence.
Both men have been bailed to attend Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
