A van has been completely gutted by flames in a town centre street.
The vehicle is unrecognisable following the fire in St John's Road, Tunbridge Wells, just before 1pm.
A fire service spokesman said: "Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a van alight in Tunbridge Wells.
"Two fire engines attended and crews wore breathing apparatus while using hose reel jets to extinguish the flames.
"One person sustained slight burns to their hands.
"The cause is believed to be accidental."
The fire comes on the same day as a serious crash in Church Road – just over a mile away – which saw a motorist being airlifted to hospital.
Twitter user Monkex asked: "What’s going on in TW today, Church Road closed and a burnt van at the end of St John’s Road."
Kent Police has been contacted for more information.
