A woman has appeared in court after wraps of cocaine were discovered hidden inside a deodorant bottle.
Officers made the find after stopping a vehicle in Common View, Rusthall, near Tunbridge Wells.
At around 1.20pm on Thursday June 10, the officers saw a VW Golf they suspected was being used in connection with the supply of drugs, and stopped it in Common View.
The vehicle was searched and the constables from the Tunbridge Wells community policing team seized 14 wraps of cocaine from inside a deodorant bottle.
The driver was arrested in connection with drug dealing and a search of an address in Hadlow led to the seizure of a further 30 wraps of cocaine and a quantity of cash.
Ivelina Mladenova, of Foxhall Road, Ipswich, Suffolk was later charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply and possession of criminal property, namely the cash seized.
Ms Mladenova, aged 21, appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court the next day, where she was remanded to a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on a date to be confirmed.
