Police have been called after a multi-vehicle crash on the A228 at Five Oak Green this afternoon.
Motorists say traffic is building on both sides of the carriageway near the turn off for Maidstone Road and Colts Hill.
A Kent Police spokesman has confirmed officers were called shortly after midday to a collision involving two cars and currently remain at the scene.
The spokesman said the crash has led to part of the carriageway being blocked. It is not clear if any motorists were injured during the incident.
