Police called to Calverly Road, Tunbridge Wells after an elderly woman was hit by a car

Police were called to Calverly Road in Tunbridge Wells earlier today after an elderly woman was hit by a car.
The woman was struck by a green Ford Fiesta near the Town Centre bus stop at 1.30pm.
Luckily, she appeared unhurt and refused medical attention from ambulance crews before leaving the scene.
A spokesman for Kent Police, said: "We have spoken to the driver of the car and inquiries are now ongoing."
