Firefighters tackled flames in the kitchen of a pub in Tunbridge Wells this morning.
Crews were called to The Black Pig in Grove Hill Road at 8.50am to reports of a fire in the ground floor kitchen.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus whilst extinguishing it and a special fan was used to properly ventilate the property after the incident.
A member of staff at the pub said damage caused was superficial, and that nobody was injured.
He believes a pan had been left on the flame too long and the fire started as a result.
