A former furniture store is being offered for sale at auction.
The commercial premises on the corner of Crescent Road and Calverley Road in Tunbridge Wells, has a guide price of just £400,00.
It is in a prominent position and was formerly home to the Wesley-Barrell traditional furniture store.
The business moved in 2018 to alternative premises at 33 High Street, Tunbridge Wells, but later went into receivership.
The vacant commercial premises occupy the basement, ground floor and part of the first floor.
The other part of the first floor and the second floor comprises seven flats, which have been sold on 150-year leases staring in January 2004.
The property is close to the Calverley Grounds and within easy reach of the station.
It is being offered for sale through Clive Emson auctioneers.
