Suspect appears in court following Tunbridge Wells burglary over New Year

A man has appeared in court after a car, jewels and more were taken during a break-in.
A house in Dornden Drive, Langton Green, in Tunbridge Wells was targeted and a car, jewellery and other property stolen sometime between Saturday, December 31, and Sunday, January 1.
The victim's car was later recovered from a road in Addington, Croydon.
On Wednesday, January 11, a man and a woman were detained and officers seized a flick knife.
Christopher Grinham, of Kings Walk, South Croydon in Greater London, was charged with burglary, theft of a car, possession of a flick knife, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
The 43-year-old appeared before Medway Magistrates' Court yesterday when he was remanded in custody to a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on February 9.
A 43-year-old woman, also from South Croydon, has been bailed until March 8.
