Dr Nakhdjevani will appear in four episodes of the six-part series, in which he gives advice to four people all thinking about getting the same procedure.

He gives them information about the operation and what to expect and introduces them to others who have had it in the past.

They also watch a live feed of the surgery being performed.

Each episode will cover a different procedure, including a rhinoplasty, liposculpture, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, hair transplant and breast reduction.

Dr Nakhdjevani said he is thrilled to be part of the series.

He performs treatments at the Bella Vou clinic which was recently awarded an Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission, an independent health and social care regulator.

He also undertakes more complex procedures at various hospitals across Kent.

The programme will be available to watch on BBC3 iPlayer from midnight on Sunday.
