Labour selects General Election candidate

A SENIOR National Health nurse manager has been chosen by the Tunbridge Wells Labour Party to be its prospective parliamentary candidate at the next General Election, which is expected to be in May.
Jacqueline Jedrzejewski, 41, has been a Southborough town councillor representing the West Ward for 12 months.
She was born in London and moved to Bright Ridge, Southborough, in 1992. She married her Scottish husband, Leon, 13 years ago. His Polish father came to Britain during the Second World War.
After her selection at Labour headquarters she said: “I am looking forward to putting 100 per cent effort into becoming Labour MP for Tunbridge Wells.”
