Man charged after power tools taken from van in Pembury

A man has been charged after expensive power tools were taken from a work van.
Electric drills, saws, a sander, grinder and various hand tools were stolen after a Mercedes van was broken into at about 2am on Saturday, May 18.
It was parked on a driveway in Greenleas, Pembury.
Ashley Randall, of Gibbon Road in Newhaven, East Sussex, was arrested on Wednesday, May 22, after a vehicle he was driving was stopped by police in Royal Engineers Road, Maidstone.
The 30-year-old was later charged with theft from a motor vehicle.
He was bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, June 11.
