Daniel Finch charged after street robberies in Tunbridge Wells

A man has been charged in connection with two street robberies in Tunbridge Wells.
The first on December 12 is alleged to have happened between 2am and 2.30am at the junction of Langton Road and Rusthall Road.
A man says he was approached by a man who got out of a car, assaulted him and stole his phone.
About an hour later a man in St James Road described a similar attack to police, in which he said he was punched and kicked, and his phone stolen.
Daniel Finch, 24, of Devonshire Road, Hastings, was arrested in connection with both incidents.
Finch was later charged with two offences of robbery.
He has also been charged with possessing cannabis and driving without insurance.
He has been bailed to appear at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on January 18.
