Joel Devine named as man found dead in alleyway off London Road in Southborough

The man who was discovered dead in an alleyway on Friday morning has been named as Joel Devine.
The sad discovery was reportedly made by a mother and child walking close to the London Road in Southborough at 7.30am.
Emergency services attended but were unable to revive Mr Devine.
His sudden death is not being treated as suspicious but it is currently unexplained.
At the time of the discovery, a worker from the Hospice in the Weald charity store said: "When I walked my dog past at about half past eight there was a lot of police there.
"A bit later forensics turned up."
An inquest has not yet opened.
