Eight more arrests made after second round of drug raids across west Kent

Police have arrested eight more people in another round of drug raids in west Kent today.

The early-morning searches come a day after 200 officers carried out warrants and arrested 14 people in Tunbridge Wells, Gravesend, Sutton and Enfield in London.

A total of 29 addresses have now been searched and 24 people arrested.

Cash, jewellery, an imitation firearm and several cars have also been seized by officers - along with what detectives believe to be class A drugs.

Deputy Chief Constable Paul Brandon said: "These pre-planned warrants come as a result of a long-standing and complex investigation by the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate into the supply of class A drugs in the county."

  • Croft Court, Edenbridge
  • Palmer Avenue, Gravesend
  • Durants Road, Enfield
  • Hawkenbury Mead, Tunbridge Wells
  • Grange Road, Surrey
  • School Rise, Tunbridge Wells
  • Edward Street, Southborough
  • Labruam Court, Tunbridge Wells
  • Upper Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells
  • Camden Road, Tunbridge Wells
  • Greggs Wood Road, Tunbridge Wells
  • Forge Lane, Southborough
  • North Farm Road, Tunbridge Wells
  • Church Road, Edenbridge
  • Old Road West, Gravesend
  • Godstone Road, Whytleafe, Surrey
  • Pitwood Green, Tadworth, Surrey
