A new housing destination on the edge of Tunbridge Wells scooped two awards at the UK Property Awards.
Knights Wood, a development bringing 550 new plots to the town, was launched in June this year but received two Gold 4-Star ‘Highly Commended’ accolades in the Kent Residential Development and Kent Property Single Unit categories.
The Bramling house style, which was recognised by the Property Single Unit award, is a three bedroom detached family home with double garage. Only two of the fifteen Bramlings released in the first phase remain available.
At the awards ceremony, held at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, Dandara received 13 awards.
Speaking about the awards success, Susie Bennett, Sales and Marketing Director said, “It is absolutely tremendous that Knights Wood has been recognised with these two awards.
"We always knew that the quality of the Dandara product would be well-received in the discerning Tunbridge Wells property market but it is fantastic to have received this external recognition.
